Israeli Innovation Management Group Nizor was established by Ofer Vexler in 2007. In the four years since inception, the company has created a know-how of bringing innovative projects to a commercial level, and developed a new concept of commercialization of innovation. Our staff includes entrepreneurs, financiers and technical experts. Most of our team have Ph.D. and MBA degrees, and have extensive experience in promotion of hi-tech projects . Our major areas of activity are clean energy, IT , mobile technologies and medical devices.

Our mission is to create innovative projects and offer the fruits of innovation to the global community Our portfolio includes dozens of high-potential projects. We are also interested in helping projects that could not succeed because of organizational reasons: lack of funds, market, or leadership. Ofer Vexler, MBA, CPA.
Mr. Vexler is a financier. A Harvard Business School graduate, Mr. Vexler gained a rich experience in financial management of large companies in the Middle East and CIS, including IT technology companies and energy projects. Mr. Vexler founded several innovative companies, which are now successfully integrated into the global economy. He is an expert in M&A of innovation companies. Since 2009, Mr. Vexler provides consulting service to several European banks in Israel. He is financial advisor to head of the Israeli parliamentary committee for the Advancement of Science-Intensive Industries.
Advisory Board
Dr. Alexey Triger, Ph.D.
Dr. Triger is an expert in establishing and supervising R&D projects. He has developed a number of unique technologies in Green energy and RF communication sectors. Dr. Triger is an official advisor to some of the largest Israeli technology companies such as Elbit Systems and Rafael, solar energy giant Brightsource solutions ( LUZ II) and tens of leading hi-tech companies.
Dmitry Dveyrin, Ph.D.
Dr. Dveyrin has more than 20 years of technical, management, financial, business development and administrative experience. He supervised several major projects in the energy sector, infrastructure, building institutions and oil and gas fields’ development in service of the governments of Israel, Russia and other CIS states. Dr. Dveyrin also serves as official advisor to Israeli Ministry of Infrastructure.
Josef Shagal, B.A.
Mr. Shagal was elected member of the 17th Israeli Parliament. Former executive of major media companies in Europe, Caucasus region and the Middle East, Mr. Shagal is an expert in PR, marketing technologies and consumer behavior.
Oleg Hait
Mr. Hait is the CEO of Chilar holding. For many years, he served as CEO of Imperial Marom ltd. During his tenure at Imperial Marom, he was involved in construction of large housing projects, and a number of educational and social facilities for municipalities. Mr. Hait is a specialist in implementation of turnkey projects, and a successful investor in media and IT business
